Natural Stone Front Entrance & Retaining Wall

This lovely natural stone front entrance and retaining wall landscape design project is a great example of curb appeal at it’s best.

Color Scheme

This customer wanted a fresh green and white themed landscape to match the color and style of the home. It resulted in a very clean, upscale, modern look for the home and landscape. The designer primarily used green and white foliage perennials which compliment the white stone. However, we chose a Japanese Maple as the focal point of the entrance. This weeping variety is perfect due to its unique shape, and gorgeous foliage.

Hardscaping: Stoop, Walkway & Retaining Wall

Our designer replaced a failing concrete stoop with mortared flagstone that continued to lead to the driveway.  Along the side of the home, a retaining wall was put in place to soften the slope of the lawn. An Ornamental pear off the side of the house will add height and pretty spring color to the home.
